Service and operator

StructDesignHub is operated by M. H. Torabi (Hassan), founder of StructDesignHub. This initial free Beta provides ACI Chapter25 and Load Combination Manager through independent anonymous guest sessions. No account, login, signup, payment or card details are required. Future applications are Planned / Coming Soon and are not available in this Beta.

Engineering responsibility

Engineering Assistant Output — Subject to Engineer Review and Approval.

The tools assist calculations and workflow preparation. Outputs are not certified designs, professional approval, construction authorization or a substitute for a qualified engineer. Before any reliance, the responsible engineer must review inputs, units, code edition and applicability, assumptions, results and project requirements. Do not use unchecked Beta output for safety-critical decisions. Existing application scope and limitations continue to apply.

Temporary sessions and downloads

Only one guest workbench is active at a time; other guests wait in order. The waiting room holds up to 24 guests. A visit has a 60-minute hard maximum and expires after 20 minutes without qualifying tool activity. Status polling does not extend this idle period. A queued place expires after 30 minutes or 90 seconds without presence updates. Download required files before selecting Finish or reaching expiry. Closing a tab does not immediately end a session.

On a confirmed Finish or expiry, the service removes the guest's temporary worker resources, including their input/output storage. Later guests receive fresh resources. Work is not a persistent project archive. Interruptions may end a session; there is no promise of crash recovery or restoration of unsaved projects. If cleanup cannot be safely confirmed, admission is paused rather than transferring uncertain resources to someone else.

Usage, uploads and fair access

Admission, queue, request, upload and resource limits apply and may reject or pause requests. Do not bypass these controls, attempt to access another guest's resources, upload malicious files or disrupt the service. Uploads are untrusted input. Submit only material you are authorized to process, and avoid confidential, personal or sensitive project information in this Beta. Input/output files are processed only for your temporary workflow; they are not intended for public publication.

Windows Agent and CSI connections

Windows Agent: Coming Soon / Local Agent Required. Public SAP2000, ETABS and SAFE connection, live transfer and writeback are unavailable. The Beta cannot connect to or modify a model on your PC. Do not treat model illustration or future-feature documentation as an enabled capability.

Availability and limitations

This is an experimental Beta. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Maintain your own downloaded copies and independently reviewed records. These terms do not remove any rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
